Removing roadblocks to diagnosis

Zurich Accelerate was created with a clear purpose: to remove the barriers that often delay diagnosis and treatment for three of the most serious health conditions – cancer, cardiovascular disease, and neurological disorders.

The programme includes six integrated services, each designed to work independently or together, depending on the customer’ s needs. Whether someone is just beginning their health journey or seeking a second opinion after a diagnosis, Zurich Accelerate provides the tools and support to move forward with confidence.

Importantly, every customer is assigned a case manager, who guides them through the process, coordinates services, and offers emotional and practical support. This personalised approach ensures that customers never feel alone or overwhelmed, even when facing complex medical decisions.

If treatment abroad is recommended, Zurich Accelerate also provides comprehensive logistical support, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and a daily allowance.

Customers can even bring up to two companions( three if the claim is for a child), ensuring they have the support they need throughout their treatment journey.
