I began my career in the protection industry in 1999 and have built more than 27 years of experience, establishing myself as a respected protection expert. Throughout my career I have worked with a number of leading providers, holding a range of roles that span proposition management, marketing, and senior sales leadership.
I am passionate about all aspects of protection, and have spent the past decade working closely with a wide variety of intermediaries, helping them grow their protection business. I am an experienced Protection Business Development Manager, helping firms of varying sizes grow and develop all stages of their protection journey, offering tailored support covering areas from comprehensive mortgage cover to complex business protection & wealth or IHT solutions.
My role involves working closely alongside firms to fully understand their business and help identify opportunities, develop processes & techniques enabling them to maximise, strengthen and grow protection sales.
As a Protection Telephone Account Manager, I support a panel of firms by helping them grow their protection knowledge and develop their protection‐writing capabilities. I manage a high‐volume mailbox covering a wide range of queries across multiple products and providers, drawing on several years of experience working at a protection provider to deliver clear, accurate, and timely guidance.
Alongside adviser support, I also contribute to key operational areas within the business, including managing agency processes to ensure firms are fully connected and set up with providers. I additionally oversee the iPipeline mailbox, assisting firms with access, onboarding, and effective use of the platform. My focus is on delivering dependable service, strengthening relationships, and helping firms improve confidence and capability in the protection space.
